A candle made according to the traditional texts associated with fortune, trade and loving-kindness, for the home, the shop and the place of business The Bees Returning to the Hive Candle (เทียนผึ้งเข้ารัง) is made following the texts handed down by the masters of the lineage. It is traditionally held in regard for fortune, commerce, loving-kindness and popularity, and for drawing people to call in again and again. It suits those who keep a shop, run a business, work in service or sales, or who wish to add auspiciousness to a home or place of business. The name "bees returning to the hive" comes from the image of a swarm leaving the hive for pollen and circling back home, over and over, in their hundreds and thousands — likened to people, customers or opportunities coming and going without pause. It is thus taken as an auspicious symbol of visitation, trade and loving-kindness. Qualities according to the belief of the texts Supports fortune and auspiciousness Favours trade and negotiation Loving-kindness and popularity, that others may look upon one with warmth Suitable for shops, homes and places of business Serves as an anchor for the mind and an encouragement in one's undertakings Method of use This candle carries a manner of use suited to lighting in devotion oneself, at home or in the shop. It may be lit for about 5–10 minutes a day, then extinguished and lit again the following day as is fitting. In this way a single candle lasts a long while, and by tradition it preserves the principle of "going out and returning", as the bee leaves the hive and circles back continuously. If lighting a flame is not convenient, the candle may simply be set in a candle holder and a prayer made, for auspiciousness all the same. Suitable for Shops and business owners Traders, vendors and those in business Those working in sales or service Those who must meet and negotiate with people Those seeking a sacred object to enshrine at home or at the workplace Making of the edition Each set of candles is prepared according to the texts and passes through the stages of preparation of the lineage of practice. We therefore ask for approximately 1 week for the making and the ceremony before dispatch, so that every prescribed step is properly observed. "The bee goes out from the hive and returns to it without pause — as people and opportunities circle back in" Note: The qualities and methods described here follow beliefs and texts handed down through the lineage. Outcomes rest upon the faith and experience of each individual. Please use the candle with care and never leave a flame unattended.
